These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lupleg Timer mobile application (the “App”) published by Lupleg Studios. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in line with the app store terms from which you obtained it and these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or stop providing the App if you materially breach these Terms.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lupleg Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page reflects the latest revision.
