We're based in Kabwe, Zambia at 30 Munkoyo Street, Highridge, Kabwe, Zambia. We serve clients globally through remote delivery and on-site engagements when needed.

Lupleg Studios has been operating since 2018, delivering software projects, ICT consultancy, and technology products for clients across Africa and beyond.
Do you offer remote services?
Yes. Most of our work—software development, consulting, mentorship, and support—is delivered remotely. We also provide on-site services for facilities management and infrastructure work when required.
How long does a typical web development project take?
Timelines depend on scope and complexity. A marketing site might take a few weeks; a custom web application can take several months. We outline milestones and delivery dates during discovery.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance and support?
Yes. We offer maintenance and retainer packages covering security updates, bug fixes, performance work, and feature iterations. Scope and response times are agreed upfront.
Can you work with our existing technology stack?
Absolutely. Our team works across modern web and mobile stacks including React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and more. We can integrate with your existing systems or recommend alternatives when it makes sense.

We specialize in solutions tailored to your goals. Standard service areas give you a starting point—we scope and price each engagement based on what you actually need.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, mobile money where applicable, and international card payments. Enterprise clients can arrange invoicing with agreed payment terms.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Larger projects can be split into milestone-based payments. Retainer clients are billed monthly. We discuss terms during the proposal stage.
What is your refund policy?
Refund terms are outlined in your contract and typically follow milestone-based delivery. Contact us before signing if you have specific concerns—we aim for clarity upfront.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Costs are outlined in your proposal or contract. Third-party services you choose (hosting, licenses, app store fees) are separate and called out when relevant.

What are your support hours?
Standard support is available Monday–Friday during business hours (CAT). Retainer and enterprise clients can agree priority response for critical production issues.
Do you provide technical documentation?
Yes. Development clients receive documentation for their projects. We also maintain documentation for our own products and platforms.
