Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Testora, the mobile app-testing platform and related services ("Testora" or the "Service") published by Lupleg Studios. By creating an account, accessing, or using Testora, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Testora helps developers publish testing campaigns and helps testers discover campaigns, participate in external tests, complete milestones, submit structured feedback, communicate with participants, and receive platform points. Testora is designed primarily for Android closed testing and Google Play workflows and may support iOS and web campaigns where configured.
Testora does not host or distribute APK files. Campaign links may send you to Google Play, TestFlight, a website, or another external service. You are responsible for reviewing those services and their terms before installing or using an external app.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. Accounts may use email authentication or optional Google or GitHub OAuth where enabled. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and may not share, sell, or transfer it.
Tester responsibilities
Testers must follow campaign requirements, use only devices and accounts they are authorized to use, complete genuine testing activity, provide accurate device and participation information, and submit useful, truthful feedback. Do not fabricate tests, duplicate reports, manipulate ratings, abuse points, disclose confidential app information, or submit another person’s personal information without permission.
Developer responsibilities
Developers must have the rights and permissions needed to publish their apps, campaign content, screenshots, links, and testing instructions. Developers must provide accurate requirements and reward descriptions, respect tester privacy, use feedback only for lawful purposes, and not use Testora to distribute malware, deceptive software, illegal content, or unauthorized copies.
Feedback, content, and communications
You retain ownership of content you submit, including profiles, campaigns, feedback, screenshots, files, messages, posts, and poll responses. You grant Lupleg Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, moderate, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Testora. You also grant campaign participants the access needed for the campaign or community feature in which you share it. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless necessary and authorized.
You are responsible for your content and must not violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights, confidentiality duties, or these Terms. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or service operation.
Points and rewards
Testora points are platform rewards for eligible activity. Points are not money, wages, salary, cryptocurrency, stored value, or guaranteed income, and have no cash value unless Lupleg Studios expressly offers a separate reward program. We may set eligibility rules, correct errors, review suspicious activity, change balances or earning rules, or cancel points obtained through abuse, duplicate activity, fraud, or a campaign violation. Points are not transferable or redeemable unless a current Testora program expressly says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, probe or attack systems, reverse engineer or extract source code except where law permits, scrape data, impersonate another person, spam or harass users, upload malicious files, manipulate campaigns or points, or use Testora for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Third-party services
Testora depends on third-party services including authentication providers, cloud database and storage providers, notification infrastructure, app stores, testing platforms, and links selected by campaign creators. Those services are governed by their own terms. Lupleg Studios is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, or decisions.
License
Subject to these Terms, Lupleg Studios grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Testora. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its branding without permission.
Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access, remove content, cancel points, or close an account when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or discontinue the Service. You may stop using Testora and request account deletion by contacting us. Provisions concerning content, points, disclaimers, liability, and disputes may continue after termination.
Disclaimers
Testora is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that campaigns, testers, feedback, app links, points, notifications, analytics, or the Service will be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or available. Feedback is not a guarantee of app quality, safety, compliance, approval, or store acceptance.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lupleg Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to Testora, external testing services, user content, campaigns, points, or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
