Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Eduly, the study materials mobile application (the “App”) published by Lupleg Studios. The App does not require an account, sign-up, or login. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
Eduly helps students discover and access study materials — PDFs, books, notes, assignments, and projects — for personal study and learning.
You are responsible for how you use materials you access, download, or share, and for complying with applicable laws and the rights of the people who created or uploaded those materials. Only download or share materials you have the right to use.
Study materials and content
Materials in Eduly are shared learning resources uploaded through Study Vault and remain the property of their respective creators or uploaders. We do not guarantee that any material is complete, current, or suitable for a particular course or exam.
Personal study notes
Notes you create in Eduly are saved privately on your device. You are responsible for your notes and for backing them up if you want to keep them when changing or resetting your device.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in line with the app store terms from which you obtained it and these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or stop providing the App if you materially breach these Terms.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lupleg Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
