This Privacy Policy explains how Eduly, published by Lupleg Studios, handles your information. Eduly helps students discover and access study materials across every program — PDFs, books, notes, assignments, and projects — all in one place.
No account, sign-up, or login
Eduly does not ask you to sign up, log in, or provide an account, name, or email address to use the App. Just open the app and start exploring.
No device permissions
Eduly does not request device permissions such as camera, contacts, location, microphone, or photo library access to use its core features.
Study materials
Eduly connects you to shared learning resources uploaded through Study Vault. When you browse, search, filter, preview, or download materials, the App connects over the internet to fetch the content you requested.
Eduly is designed around shared study materials, not personal profiles. We do not sell your personal information.
Your personal study notes
You can create, edit, and search personal study notes in Eduly. Those notes are saved privately on your device, so you can track what you're learning without needing an account.
Downloads and sharing
You can preview PDFs in-app and download or share files you choose. Sharing uses the share sheet on your phone, and the file goes to the app or person you pick.
Children and students
Eduly is a study tool for students. It is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law for consent without parental approval. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child in error, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Eduly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
